Each Executive Search follows these key steps:

  • Site Visit
    We will coordinate an onsite visit to facilitate conversations with selected key individuals with whom the professional will interact in order to gain insight into the organization’s culture, community and working environment.
  • Leadership Profile
    We will prepare a profile translating the outcome of our onsite visit which will outline the all-important information pertaining to the community, the position, the employer value proposition and the desired attributes for the prospective professional. Coupled with this the key operational, strategic and financial challenges the successful candidate will need to address.
  • Recruitment Advertising, Marketing and Employer Branding
    Our award winning and highly skilled recruitment advertising, marketing and employer branding in-house agency will prepare a tailored, targeted recruitment advertising to market campaign to attract excellent, qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Sourcing
    HTS3 Executive Recruiting prides ourselves on our comprehensive recruiting process which includes identifying potential and qualified candidates who we contact directly. Candidates are screened to identify those who best fit the specifications and will be of most interest to you.

  • Client Interviews
    We will partner with you to schedule and co-ordinate interviews on site. We can work with you to prepare interview questions (if desired) and organize the interview process if there is a review committee.
  • Negotiation and Conclusion
    Typically, the final negotiations are anticlimactic. Our search process is designed to recruit leaders who are eager to accept the position. We work diligently and expeditiously.
